RESPONSIBILITIES
* Actively participating in the ideation and execution of client strategies
* Collaborating closely with Senior Account Managers and cross-functional teams on single- or multi-channel campaigns
* Driving the creation and execution of account development plans to enhance client performance and sustain growth
* Managing client performance through ongoing optimization, innovation, daily checks, and adherence to best practices
* Ensuring exceptional management of client budgets, including pacing and avoiding over- or underspending
* Guiding and mentoring Paid Media Executives, focusing on both technical expertise and professional development
* Assisting with data collation and analysis to create insightful reports
* Preparing and delivering high-quality reporting summaries and executive overviews
* Identifying trends, anomalies, and performance issues within data, troubleshooting
* Delivering exceptional client communication and service standards within the assigned portfolio
* Serving as a point of excellence for collaboration within the wider business
* Driving innovation to improve client outcomes while ensuring all activities align with established best practices
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Degree-level education or equivalent relevant work experience
* Native Japanese speaker with familiarity and experience in Japanese digital marketing channels
* Demonstrable passion for and expertise in Paid Media platforms (PPC, Paid Social), with in-depth experience in Paid Search across major Search Engines (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
* Knowledge of and experience with local Search Engines (e.g., Baidu, Yahoo Japan, Naver) is highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
* Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort with working on large data sets
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively through strong time and project management skills
* Demonstrates critical and creative thinking, with exceptional attention to detail
* Confident in adopting a proactive approach to problem-solving and questioning established norms
* Strong communication, organisation, and presentation abilities
* Thrives in team environments, displaying collaborative spirit and adaptability
* Passion for innovation within Paid Media and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
* An analytical mindset to interpret data trends and inform strategic decisions

Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
