Job responsibilities With input from stakeholders across the Acute Trusts develop implement high impact strategic plans and programmes of work to enhance the efficiency of shared services and collaborative elective care pathways and deliver the vision of the Collaborative Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital executives, clinicians, and external partners. Ensure their views and inputs shape the programmes delivered and reflect their key priorities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team and across the Trusts Provide exemplar role modelling regarding collaboration and codesign. Monitor and evaluate the performance of shared services, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and quality. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial sustainability of shared services. Ensure services adhere to NHS regulations, guidelines, and best practices in patient care. Promote a culture of quality improvement and patient safety across all shared services.
