Our client is a well-established, successful, and award-winning estate agency. They are actively seeking a Regional Sales Director to cover the regions of Surrey and Berkshire.
In this role, you will initially be responsible for seven locations, as well as any future acquisitions and new office openings. You must demonstrate a strong track record of delivering growth in an estate agency.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 6:00 pm.

As a Regional Sales Director, your role will involve:
* Contributing to and supporting the Area strategy to ensure profitable growth and continuous improvement
* Setting KPIs
* Conducting 1-1 meetings with Branch Managers within the area
* Building and developing a highly effective Area Team
* Completing performance reviews and training
* Ensuring the Area adheres to the company’s ethos and behaviour
* Managing internal audits and compliance processes within the area
* Monitoring the Area's operational and financial results against plans and budgets, with the aim to improve profitability
