We have multiple services in Welwyn Garden City providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs – these are shift-based Support Worker roles in residential, supported living or Short Break settings.

What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work: Up to 39 hrs per week - 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 10pm and 10pm to 7am
Supporting service users in line with their support plans
Helping people with complex emotional and physical needs to maximise and maintain their independence
Team working in a confident and professional way
Striving to work to the high standards we believe in
Personal care, admin of meds, taking notes and recording information
Helping improve the quality of service experienced by our service users
Participating in regular training and the formal 1-1 and annual appraisal scheme
Working a blend of shifts as we are a 24/7 Charity that operates 365 days of the year
