Job description Cogent Staffing are working on behalf our of client for a Marketing Executive on a permanent basis. The role is primarily based at headquarters in Chester on a flexible hybrid working pattern (3 days in an office, 2 days WFH). Occasional travel to brand offices may be required. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies to drive the success of high-growth, high-value brands. We're looking for someone who understands the impact of effective marketing, can adapt to change and is passionate about delivering impactful campaigns. Salary/package: Competitive salary £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience Permanent placement Working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home Occasional travel to brands may be required Office hours Monday to Friday In order to be considered for the higher salary you must have spent 3-5 years in a similar role working in a similar industry The role: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness Collaborate with the Marketing Team and brand teams to deliver marketing plans aligned with business objectives Create engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts and marketing collateral Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and engaging with followers Support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media and content marketing Help conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives Keep up to date with industry developments and share insights with the team Contribute to regular business planning activities Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and social media platforms Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing content for social media and other marketing channels The candidate: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (desirable, not essential) 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the recruitment industry Good understanding of marketing principles and tactics Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content across various platforms and formats Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders Solid organisational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, email marketing software, WordPress and analytics platforms Creative mindset with attention to detail and capacity to work independently If you're a motivated marketing professional eager to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
