We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join a welcoming community junior and infant school in Batley from Easter 2025.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an EYFS specialist to provide high-quality early years education in a supportive and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping young learners’ early experiences and helping them develop a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative EYFS lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports children’s development.
* Assess, track, and report on children’s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s learning journey.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among students.
* Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in EYFS, particularly Reception class.
* Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* A clear enhanced DBS disclosure (or willingness to obtain one).
* Right to work in the UK.
