About the Role:

* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to ensure seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, such as social work or child development.
* Experience working with children with complex needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of mutual respect and support.
