JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY – Up to £40,000 full time equivalent salary
JOB PURPOSE:
As an Apprenticeship Tutor/Assessor, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our learners. You’ll plan and deliver training across the full Apprenticeship standard, support learners’ progress, and ensure they develop the skills needed to excel in their careers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition and AM2.
* Relevant occupational competence through qualifications and/or job experience.
* GCSE A*-C or equivalent in maths and English.
* Skills to observe and support learners in their workplace.
* Vocational assessors award – TAQA.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Recruitment & Induction: Be involved in the recruitment, sign-up, induction, and initial assessment of learners.
* Learning & Delivery Plans: Work with employers and apprentices to create tailored learning plans that support timely achievement.
* Support & Development: Help learners enhance their soft skills and progress in the workplace.
* Assessment: Contribute to the development and formative assessment of learners, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Safety: Maintain a safe learning environment and support learners in understanding safety protocols.
* Professional Development: Engage in your own development activities, including achieving the Award in Education and Training (AET) if needed.
