About Our Client

Job Description
1. Update and maintain purchase invoices and sales invoices register.
2. Prepare monthly draft sales invoices.
3. Process payments of suppliers' invoices.
4. Review debit card and credit card expenses reports.
5. Review VAT returns and confirm submission with accountants.
6. Update Excel sheets/accounting system for all companies.
7. Assist in budget preparation for all companies.
8. Assist in the production of Management Accounts (Accruals / prepayments / Balance).
9. Review employee expense claims and process employee salary payments.
10. Assist with compliance of subsidiaries company.
11. Accurate and timely recording of general ledger on dedicated software, in accordance with Company's requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
* A degree or relevant qualification in Accounting & Finance.
* Proficiency in using Sage software.
* Knowledge of GAAP's financial reporting (beneficial).
* A strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
