Cherry Professional are seeking to appoint an experienced and talented Customer Service Advisor to join a thriving team based in the DE21 area of Derby. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for the businesses valued clients, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat. Whether it’s answering a question or resolving an issue, you’ll help ensure customers feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way!
