Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers that have been on the website and looking to purchase some amazing tech !
As an advisor you can expect to take between 40-50 calls on average per day and will be tasked with understanding the customers needs, closing the sale, building the customers basket (including services) and walking them through the full sales journey.
Full Time Training - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 - start 14th April 2025 (must be able to commit to full time training)
Hours of work are:
Saturday + Sunday 09:00 - 17:30
4hrs Monday through Friday
Job Role:

Managing inbound calls to the business from clients / customers’ requests.
Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products and services from the website.
Guiding the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring they are kept fully informed.
Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
Delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice.
