What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in expanding our reach by generating high-quality leads in the exhibition marketplace, working with a team that values innovation, growth, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and build lead opportunities by staying informed about industry trends, venues, competitors, and market events.
2. Salesforce Proficiency: Use Salesforce to track, manage, and analyze sales data, ensuring transparency and targeted results.
3. Strategic Outreach: Approach key organizations to build relationships with decision-makers and explore early-stage sales opportunities.
4. Meeting Coordination: Arrange impactful meetings and facilitate introductions for the commercial team, setting up GES for success.
5. Team Collaboration: Join monthly strategy sessions to share progress, set targets, and brainstorm innovative approaches.
6. Client Support: Manage client orders, contracts, and events administration to provide seamless support to the Show Ready team.
7. Industry Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by providing weekly updates on new business opportunities and industry news.
8. Event Excellence: Oversee the cost management, Clarity job requests, and pick list creation for seamless event execution.
