Purpose

Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently and brilliantly on the shop floor and at service points.
* Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation, availability, and maintaining a clean store.
* Utilize all digital tools and communication channels effectively.
* Share customer and colleague feedback to improve performance.
* Support colleagues in building skills and confidence through knowledge sharing.
* Own personal learning & development and proactively access digital learning solutions.
* Understand daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Possess great product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services.
* Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
* Understand store priorities and their role in achieving them.
* Complete tasks efficiently and in line with SOPs.
* Minimize costs and waste through good process practice.
* Follow safe and legal working practices.
