Marketing Manager (12-month FTC)
You will lead a small team responsible for the delivery of a large strategic project.
An exciting opportunity to join the Marketing and Insight Team, you'll be part of a fun and friendly team that works closely with each other to deliver the Marketing strategy to our customers, financial advisers and their clients.
You will be working across the Marketing centres of excellence to support the delivery of the strategic project. In the role, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and agencies to deliver on and offline Marketing material for our customers and advisers.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the Project delivery team, the role will:
* Lead a small team of Marketing Executives to own and deliver required changes to on and offline Marketing Material in line with project deadlines.
* Support the delivery of great customer digital experience through understanding how a customer wants to interact with M&G.
* Understand and develop the Marketing process in a regulated environment and shape those processes to maximize efficiency and user experience.
* Ensure that all take to market activities comply with regulatory requirements, including marketing compliance.
