Full-time Mon-Fri 9-5.30. Some weekend events (days in Lieu offered).
Remote working with some travel for meetings and events
Driving License Required
£25,000 - £30,000 p/annum depending on experience + benefits and bonus

Role Scope
You will help the marketing team with lots of different tasks; supporting brand events, marketing campaigns, merchandise planning and deliver. We need someone who is willing and able to turn their hand to anything, to help the team. We’re a busy but small team so there is lots to learn for someone who is willing.
We also need someone to manage our day-to-day social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will be variable by time period, but will include
Organic Social Media Specific:
* Day to day scheduling, posting and management of social accounts, positive engagement with customers and brands
* Help creating and managing at home content (competitions, reactive, static and copy only content)
* Idea generation for low fi social friendly content (to help with organic batch shoot volume)
* Willingness to attend shoots and be a part of social media content creation both on camera and behind the scenes
General Marketing:
* Support our Sponsorships lead with sponsorship events across the country
* Collateral production
* Ticket competitions
* At event content and activations
* Support the wider Marketing team with tasks including
* Print management
* Merchandise management
* Content and Ad Creation working with our internal graphic design team
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Marketing qualification plus 1-3 years in a marketing role, with 1 year + in social media specifically
* Confidence to manage organic social media feeds including scheduling across multiple platforms
* Creative and challenger mindset to marketing
* Can do attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to cope well with changing focus and tight timings
* Ability to work from home comfortably, with the support of a remote team
