Hours: Between 21 hours / 0.6 FTE– 28 hours/0.8 FTE (dependent on the candidate)
Location: Phoenix Dance Theatre, LS2 7PA (with some flexibility for limited home working)
Contract type: Fixed term 12-month interim cover
Phoenix Dance Theatre is seeking a self-motivated, organised, creative and enthusiastic Interim Operations Manager to cover a fixed term 12-month period.
The successful candidate will work across our day-to-day operations and core office functions. The responsibilities will include areas such as HR management, governance, financial administration, research, reporting, event support and Trustee liaison. Special projects will include jobs such as developing policies, leading GDPR improvements and reviewing internal management processes. The role is very varied, and we are looking for someone who is attracted to the breadth, diversity and opportunity it presents.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled administrator with a background in office or project management and a particular knowledge of HR/people management processes. Equally important is the drive to work in a creative, integrated and forward-looking charity.
