Our products include retail and payment applications that span stores, mobile and web together with a Java based microservices development toolkit, resource libraries and a technology platform. We have customers in the UK, Europe and the U.S. and we are considered as a leader in our sector. Our customers include Harrods, Frasers Group, Specsavers, JYSK, River Island and others.
Role Overview:
As a SaaS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of the Enactor solution among non-enterprise customers in the UK. This role is ideal for a confident and results-driven sales professional with a solid understanding of SaaS sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for solving client challenges without requiring deep technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential non-enterprise clients in retail and hospitality sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to drive deal closures.
* Present the Enactor solution in a clear and compelling way, focusing on business value and outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Maintain a deep understanding of Enactor’s product offerings and competitive landscape.
* Provide input into product development and roadmap based on client feedback and market trends.
* Accurately manage and update sales pipeline data in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably within retail or hospitality sectors.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand client pain points and articulate solutions in business terms.
* A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
* Experience selling to mid-market businesses is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
