Veterinary Receptionist Bath Cat Clinic, Bath, Bath, South West Discipline: Non-clinical Support Part Time Up to £15,301 We are searching for a friendly and enthusiastic veterinary receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess previous reception and customer service experience and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care. working primarily at our Bath Cat Clinic, with some roaming shifts across our Bath Vets surgeries. The role will include meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments, dispensing medication, interacting with customers, amongst an array of other tasks. Experience with customer service and administration tasks is essential, alongside being computer literate. The perfect fit The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to work at all levels. This position includes travel between all Bath Vets branches, located in and around Bath, Melksham, and Keynsham. You must be able to travel between surgeries in the same day. Your shift pattern You will work part time (approx. 23.65 hours per week) with shifts covering 8:30 am – 6 pm Mondays, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm Thursdays and 6hrs roaming across BVG (rotas to be released at least 1 month in advance), Plus 1:4 Saturdays 8:30 am – 1pm.
