Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of 15-30 employees, including Assistant Managers and baristas, to deliver top-tier customer service.
* Customer Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience by maintaining high service standards, product quality, and a welcoming store atmosphere.
* Operations & Compliance: Uphold food safety protocols, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and equipment maintenance.
* Performance Management: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
* Sales & Profitability: Drive sales, monitor store performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
* Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity while balancing labor costs.
* Financial Accountability: Oversee cash handling, reporting, and adherence to company policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications
* 2+ years of supervisory experience in the food industry or retail environment.
* Food service experience required; breakfast cafe experience preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
* Must be able to travel out of state for onboarding training.
