Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain an organised and up-to-date CRM to ensure effective lead nurturing.
Industry & Product Knowledge – Stay informed about IT solutions, including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, and connectivity.
Collaboration & Strategy – Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance business development efforts.
Networking & Brand Representation – Actively engage in social selling and represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
Achieving & Exceeding KPIs – Meet and surpass performance targets while upholding core values of trust, integrity, and innovation.
