We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to help usrecruit the teams who make the difference, every day, in ourschools and children’shomes.
Get out whatyou put in
We arelooking for an Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking anddedicated Recruitment team, based at our beautiful location inLupton. You will support our Children’s Homes, Schools andTherapeutic Teams with their administration,including:
• Posting job adverts and arranginginterviews
• Supporting hiring managers with recruitmentadministration
• Using our in house IT systems such as our Applicant Tracking System(ATS)
• Work closely with department managers to ensurecompliance
• Handling enquiries from candidates and colleagues, providing agreat all-round administrative service
You willalso make sure that our staff are recruited in line with saferrecruitment practices, which is crucial to the safeguarding of ourchildren and youngpeople.
