The successful candidate will have experience with social copywriting & content creation. Some design skills, including InDesign & Canva / Adobe Express, would be advantageous. Knowledge of email marketing platforms is desirable – including Click Dimensions, Airship or MailChimp. You will form a key part of a small but highly experienced team, so you will need to be comfortable working both as a team player and on your own initiative. The role is remote, with travel requirements to our 6 venues in the south & southwest of England, so a clean driving license and your own transport are required. Digital Listings - Responsible for the ongoing optimization of the listing sites with up-to-date imagery, content, offers & late availability - Developing relationships with Third-party account managers with a view to developing mutually beneficial arrangements & added value. - Supporting the marketing director in analyzing the return on investment from digital listings, and optimizing our digital listing plans accordingly. Real Weddings, Online reviews & Testimonials - Working with the venue teams to ensure a continual stream of fresh testimonials & real wedding content - Support the Marketing Manager with development of Real Life Wedding blogs & social assets. - Working with the Marketing Manager to promote real wedding content, including with online publishers & print wedding magazines - Working with the venue teams to ensure positive testimonials are converted to online reviews across Facebook, Google, Hitched, Bridebook & GFB. The Pubs - Responsible for the organization & implementation of social media, website & promotional activities for the Hope & Anchor and The Wyndham. - Responsible for creation of all pub-related assets & campaign artwork including flyers, blogs, social artwork & print ads. Website - Supporting the Marketing Manager with the continual refresh of Website imagery, galleries, Trusted Suppliers & FAQs. - Continual updating of testimonials pages. - Coordinating, creating & publishing blogs inc. Events & Real Weddings. - Continually updating the events section of the website with upcoming open day, dinner dates & events. Social Media - Responsible for developing our Pinterest Strategy with the support of the Marketing team. - Supporting the Marketing Manager with the development of social media strategies & posting plans. - Creating video & imagery for social media in line with the social media strategy inc. real wedding content & photoshoots. - Supporting the Marketing Manager with social media asset creation & posting across all accounts of CHW social media. - Supporting the Communications & Marketing Exec in implementing social media campaigns. - Managing negative social media campaigns against the venues. - Overseeing Facebook family groups for all venues. - Responding to comments & direct messages. Email Marketing - Supporting the Marketing Manager with the implementation of our Email marketing strategy. - Creating campaign mailshots in Click Dimensions, and keeping automated email templates up to date. Strategy & Planning - Supporting the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in developing yearly marketing strategies & plans. Branding - Supporting the Marketing Manager in ensuring that all company communications & marketing assets are in line with branding guidelines Campaigns - Working with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and third-party agencies to develop & implement marketing campaigns across all marketing channels Trusted suppliers network - To establish & build relationships with suppliers and develop collaborative projects to aid in the marketing of CHW venues across social media & editorial. - Managing & liasing with trusted suppliers where necessary to support marketing campaigns (photo shoots, video shoots etc). Customer Communications, Content & Imagery - Assist the Marketing Manager with the continual updating & improvement of customer communications & resources, including Wedding Books, Advice & Guidance, FAQs and other customer-facing content. - Supporting the Marketing Manager with the continual updating & curation of venue imagery & content Print & Local Advertising - To assist Marketing Director & Marketing Manager with the implementation, reviewing and development of Print marketing strategy. - Carry out amends to print adverts for ongoing print advertising deadlines. - Investigating & implementing local advertising opportunities where possible. Design - Supporting the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager and third-party agencies with design work. - Providing updated venue signage on an ongoing basis. Sales & Sales Activation - Assisting with the promotion of sales activities across the group, including blog creation, social media posting & email shots. - Support sales efforts including assisting with venue viewings and open days. - To assist in covering the Group Enquiries & Sales Support Exec duties where necessary – inc Annual Leave & Illness. - Assisting with the promotion of non-wedding events across the group, including production of blogs, social media promotion & email shots. Other - To act as Brand Ambassadors for CHW and maintain brand consistency in all communications. - Any other duties as required by the Board of Directors
