What You Will Do as the Quality Engineer
Lead and mentor a small team of quality technicians, with responsibilities to include:
1. Leading quality improvements across manufacturing processes, ensuring every product exceeds expectations.
2. Managing material testing for external certifications and working closely with internal teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
3. Overseeing the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure reliability.
4. Collaborating with production teams to enhance quality control plans and processes.
5. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to an environment that rewards innovation and dedication.
What You Will Need to Apply for the Quality Engineer Position
1. Experience as a quality engineer or senior quality technician.
2. Strong knowledge of ISO9001, ideally being a certified auditor.
3. Knowledge of external quality standards and customer requirements.
