Job Description
Our client is marketing a highly innovative and wearable device designed to enhance the daily lives of people with low vision. This product is unique in the market! Their inside sales team is seeking energetic, professional, and charismatic individuals to perform lead qualification and close deals over the phone. This is a home office-based position anywhere in England.
Previous experience in sales development and inside sales is required. Experience with healthcare or medical device sales will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve quotas for daily call volume and lead qualification – 70% of the time.
2. Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations with leads via outbound calls.
3. Close deals over the phone – 30% of the time.
4. Assign leads to field sales team members and/or partners as directed by the manager.
5. Record all interactions in CRM systems and provide periodic activity reports to the manager.
6. Learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products.
