Job Details We are looking for a highly skilled and committed Administrative Co-ordinator to managed our Admin Team ensuring an effective, efficient and coordinated administrative and clerical support service for Headteachers and the Management Team. To continually review, improve, develop and consistently implement changes and improvements to operational systems and processes in line with changing objectives and resources. As an Administrative Co-ordinator you will work under the direction and supervision of the Business Manager. As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you may be required to: Assist in the management of a designated team of employees by supporting and training staff, organising, allocating and scheduling work activities, setting targets, monitoring progress and allocating resources to meet service delivery objectives. Ensure the overall utilisation of the Administrative staff to accommodate an effective and efficient provision of services, relocating staff as necessary to cover absences making recommendations on staffing as appropriate to the Management Team. The Person Educated to SCQF Level 8, which includes an HND or SVQ level 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Experience of working in an Educational setting. Experience of responding positively in an environment of change (Deliver results – See ‘How We Work Matters’ Framework). Ability to provide a regular and effective service. Willingness to achieve the required qualification (Please indicate if you intend to study to achieve the required HNC or equivalent within 2 years of appointment, if not already held) Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements You are required to have an HND or equivalent educational qualification to SCQF level 8 in a relevant discipline. You will be given the opportunity to work towards this within 2 years from start of employment.
