Our client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join on a permanent full-time basis; working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software
* Utilize strong customer service skills and troubleshoot various IT issues effectively
* Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the technology infrastructure
* Proactively monitor, escalate, and pursue outstanding Helpdesk calls to ensure prompt responses
* Keep customers informed about the progress of their Helpdesk calls
* Specify, create customer sales orders, and order new equipment for installation and configuration
Candidate Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in a Helpdesk environment
* Experience in a 1st line support role
* Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and server OS
* Experience with Mobile devices (Android & IOS)
* Basic Microsoft Office 365 administration skills
* Basic network troubleshooting
* Good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
* Driven, motivated, and punctual
* Strong customer service skills
* Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure
* Positive attitude with high attention to detail
* Logical and methodical approach
* Full UK driving license
