Queen Elizabeth's School is looking for a Premises Assistant to join our fantastic team. Could this be you?
Actual Salary: £12,238 per annum (Grade 6)
This job is Part Time for 18 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
It is offered on a Permanent basis.
This job is part time with 938 annualised hours, worked as 18 hours per week on average; however, flexible working is required.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, including some evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
Working patterns will be discussed at the interview.
We are looking for someone who will undertake duties that include:
* Security, safety, and maintenance of school premises
* Regular handling of equipment, machinery, and school furniture
* Opening and locking up and inspection of the school is a key responsibility of the role
There is a need to be trained in the provision of basic first aid.
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous experience of:
* Working in premises and building maintenance
* Working with a team of colleagues and contractors to complete general property maintenance and repairs
* Keyholder with overall responsibility for security and fire safety across a school estate
* A clean driving licence and your own transport for travel across the Trust's multiple sites and schools.
