An exciting opportunity has become available for our client located in Redditch. Immediate position for a Fleet coordinator to join their team! £13.00 starting pay rate with an increase after 12 weeks. Immediate interviews available. Potential of securing a permanent contract after the completion of a successful trial period. Monday to Friday from 08.00 - 18.00 pm daily.
Role will include –
1. Receiving and Sign Off of all customer vehicles on site and informing the office using the current WhatsApp group network.
2. Completing and handing out the necessary paperwork, ie Vehicle Inspection Form on delivery and TVH Checklist on collection and paperwork delivered to office
3. Carrying out full Quality Control / Safety sign off checks on completion of all vehicles and making sure the paperwork is delivered to the office
4. Responsible for all customer vehicle keys on site and a managed spreadsheet should be kept for the ‘sign in / sign out’ of keys to all fitters and subcontractors
5. Liaise with Workshop Team Leader regards vehicles required in and out of the building for daily build slots
6. Responsible for the parking and locking of all vehicles on site at the close of each day
7. All Electric vehicles on site should have their ‘electric range’ noted on delivery and a minimum of 2 days before collection, a ‘fit to drive’ check should be carried out to avoid collection delays, this includes ancillary battery health on all vehicles
8. Deliveries of all goods in / goods out to be stored accordingly and Production or Office made aware
9. Attend weekly and monthly production meetings when requested to arrange site logistics

10. £13.00 p/h starting pay rate with pay rise after 12 weeks dependent on performance.
11. Monday to Friday from 08.00 am - 18.00 pm.
