UK leader in the hire of civil engineering solutions & plant in the UK Sales leadership role covering South London and the Southern Home Counties Selling to a range of Contractors, Groundworkers & Civil Engineers Managing and coaching a team of x8 Sales Managers across the area Great bonus scheme Career to be had for those that want it Regional Sales Manager The Role: The Regional Sales Manager will be managing a team of x8 Sales Managers across the South London and Southern Home Counties region for our market leading client in the formwork & engineered hire solutions sector. In this role the Regional Sales Manager's team will be selling a market-leading array of ground shoring, formwork/falsework, scaffolding, and specialised temporary engineering solutions on a hire basis into Main Contractors & Civil Engineering businesses working on a host of construction & infrastructure projects across London. The Regional Sales Manager will be driving a regional team that has great longevity in the ranks, are in a period of growth in their project base, and your role will be to motivate and get even more out of them. The sales team also work alongside a broader sales engineering team to add significant value on a certain product range through joint visits, closing large projects, and supporting on tendering. The Regional Sales Manager will have a superb back-office support function to help be successful, especially as this is more of a sales management position. Our client have a fabulous in-house Design team, a sales team who are extremely motivated and knowledgeable, and the support from multiple regional offices on patch. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Field sales leadership experience within the construction engineering sector - preferably from a formwork/falsework/engineering solutions background Have a track record of coaching, developing, and performance managing sales people in the field Have sold a technical, or design led, construction solution Full & Clean Driving license Are well verse in selling direct to end users such as Contractors, Civil Engineers, and Groundworkers. Salary : Up to £75,000 Basic Salary annual commission scheme (c.£15k-18k per annum), Company Car (Hybrid options), 25 days plus stats, generous pension contribution, healthcare options, wider business employee benefits platform.
