In this vital role, you’ll work closely with the Director of People and collaborate with counterparts across Talent and L&D to empower your business area. You'll be at the heart of key strategic initiatives, driving change, enhancing employee engagement, and navigating complex people challenges.

What you will be doing:
Partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver people strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including TUPE and restructuring processes.
Empower and develop managers through upskilling initiatives to create a self-serve HR model.
Lead engagement and cultural initiatives, ensuring a compelling and consistent employee experience.
Provide insights and solutions on organisational change, compliance, and employee development.
Review and enhance HR policies and processes to support continuous growth.
Act as a trusted advisor and champion for change, fostering innovation and collaboration.What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience at HR Advisor/Generalist level.
CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for people and culture.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
