Felsted School is seeking an Academic Administrator for the International Summer School 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the summer program, ensuring a high-quality experience for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the summer school.
2. Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure smooth program execution.
3. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of summer staff.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the program.
5. Provide support to students and families throughout the program.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Experience in educational administration or program management.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
