Audiotonix ERP Support Analyst
LOCATION
This role can be based anywhere in the UK. But the succesful candidate will need to travel to support our Group sites. Currently Group sites are in London, Surrey, Oxford, Manchester, Cornwall; and Fife in Scotland. Priority will be given to candidates who are in commutable distance to one of the sites listed above.
ABOUT THE ROLE
A key role in supporting the roll out of Epicor ERP across the Audiotonix group. Providing first line support to our end users; and working with the wider ERP team to ensure projects are delivered on time, in accordance with the agreed designs, within budget and to the required quality standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
First line support to ERP End Users
* Using support system manage and progress incidents, liaising with partners where necessary.
Assistance with the delivery of project tasks
* Assist the ERP team with delivery of functional tasks, with a specific focus on manufacturing and supply chain processes. This would extend to (but not limited to):
* Gap Analysis
* Requirements Gathering
* End User Training
* Documentation of End User Procedures
Assist the ERP team with delivery of technical tasks, including (but not limited to):
* Data Migration
* Documentation and specification of configurations.
* Delivery of Queries and Dashboards
* Delivery of reports using SSRS
* BPMs and Functions
Tools
* Data Analytics (Grow, Epicor Data Discovery, Epicor Data Analytics)
* Docstar
* Epicor Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Continual ERP Improvement
* The cloud ERP cycle is continual and will mean that Audiotonix will be constantly deploying new software versions and supporting tools. The role consequently demands the following:
* Continual learning, including significant self-learning, of the ERP modules and tool set.
* Assist with the testing, preparation and roll out of upgrades.
* Continual progression in knowledge of technology and infrastructure required to underpin the evolving ERP solution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business Systems/IT
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Good understanding of a mid-tier (or above) ERP system.
* Experience in Business Systems across multi-functional processes - engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, finance, and support.
* Good ERP knowledge of Engineering and Supply chain processes.
* Understanding of manufacturing and planning processes.
* Experience working with a helpdesk ticketing system.
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic or E10 would be advantageous.
* Good knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR) and Cyber Security processes.
* Good knowledge of ITIL-based processes and relevant certification
* Good understanding of relational databases.
* Experience of database reporting tools or
* Experience with data analytics tools.
