Description Partner Support Team Manager (Helpdesk) – Nisa £24,000 to £38,500 plus benefits (Work Level 6B) Scunthorpe, in this role you’ll be working in a hybrid way, splitting your time between home and the office in Scunthorpe at least twice a week (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy) We’re looking for a Partner Support Team Manager to join us at Nisa and help us to deliver a best-in-class customer service to our retailers. We’ll also look to you to oversee the business reception duties and Consumer Queries. You'll support with the training and development of nine colleagues and monitor the day-to-day output of tasks making sure we are adhering to business requirements and our retailers get everything they need to give shoppers a great experience What you’ll do Understand and lead the day-to-day tasks for a team of ten direct reports, taking on all line management responsibilities for these colleagues: coaching, developing, and supporting their professional development Monitor team performance to make sure we are meeting business needs and identify any learning and development needs Investigate and solve any issues that may arise day to day and implement preventative measures for future Understand compliance legislation and consider future risks; you'll update procedures in line with legislation and upskill the team accordingly Lead or be involved in continuous improvement projects This role would suit people who have Experience of coaching, mentoring, and developing a team with the ability to clearly communicate Good IT skills particularly proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, complex formulas) Experience of working alongside and supporting a variety of external partners An organised and accurate approach to workload Why Co-op?
