Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Registered Manager at Haddon House Nursing Home. At Haddon House, we provide care and nursing support to older people and people living with dementia and associated mental health needs. The nursing home is based within the residential area of Clowne S43, and is commutable from areas including Chesterfield, Worksop and Sheffield. CQC Rating: GOOD Hours: This is a full-time position which includes on call duties. We are looking to speak with individuals who have proven experience of leading a nursing home team. The role will require a Nurse qualified Manager who is used to working with comprehensive governance processes and who is passionate and will actively work with and support the team and visiting professionals, to make a difference. As a Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the running of the nursing home. This will include but is not limited to, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, budgets are maintained, and all regulatory requirements are adhered to within defined timescales. We will look to you to lead the team, providing support whilst ensuring the delivery of quality care is maintained through assessment, guidance and supervision.
