Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate Unit team to ensure successful delivery of services
2. Review MTCE, System Auditor and Site Technician deliverables
3. Ensure quality of reporting and communication, internally and externally
4. Work with team to produce the monthly programmes and ensure content and focus is correct (identifying schemes/cyclic activities to be monitored/audited and reported on)
5. Discuss with team individual Unit performance, establish patterns, identify areas of concern and potential mitigations, address any ad-hoc issues
6. Prepare Monthly Reports ensuring quality
7. Contribute to Annual Report
8. Winter and Incident Response Reports
9. Attend OC programming meeting, include commentary in MPR on quality of OC planning and programming
10. Attend Progress Meeting
11. Attend Pre Progress meeting Catch up with OC
12. Attend Design Meetings with OC
13. OC procedure/plan reviews
14. Review OC performance in relation to the Employers Risk Register with respect to how they mitigate the Employer's risks.
Key Requirements
1. B.Eng in Engineering
2. Chartered Civil Engineer or equivalent
3. Extensive experience of auditing, monitoring, investigation and analysis of technical, contractual, and commercial issues relevant to the construction, management and maintenance of a roads network
4. Demonstrable knowledge of auditing, monitoring, investigation and analysis of technical and commercial issues relevant to the construction, management and maintenance of a roads network.
