Territory Manager – Respiratory devices North Respiratory Medicine Salary £40-45,000 basic, OTE £20k car Exciting new role for a medical or pharmaceutical salesperson Gold standard products with great training provided Established UK manufacturer of COPD, Asthma and breathing devices North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and North East THE ROLE: The role of a Territory Manager will involve daily visits within GP practices, pharmacy and nursing teams as well as influencing at a higher level to drive usage of product and generate more conversations around treatment. The role will also require the salesperson to educate and train clinicians on the product and be a source of support and clinical knowledge for customers. Full training will be given to support this. The successful candidate will ideally come from some kind of healthcare sales background or may have worked as a clinician in the NHS prior to moving into sales. You will have the full support of the market access and marketing teams with regards to internal collaboration. Typical customer contact will be with Respiratory and COPD specialists, GPs with special interest, Respiratory nurses, Pharmacy leads, Medicines Management teams, Commissioners. THE COMPANY: Exciting times for this well-established, privately owned manufacturer who continue to succeed and grow. They have recently been acquired by a larger healthcare group and are excited about the investment and development this will bring. They provide a range of nebulisers, spacers, breathing flow meters used by respiratory teams in the hospital and in primary care settings. An opportunity currently exists for a pharmaceutical or medical salesperson who has worked externally to take on this territory sales role. This would also be attractive to commercial/b2b salespeople wanting to break into a medical sales position if they have a medical degree or have a desire to work with the NHS. A can-do attitude, strong level of sales and hunger is key as the company has ambitious growth plans and is not a large corporate structure. Full product training will be provided.
