We are working exclusively with a manufacturing business in the Scarborough area who is looking for some interim Administration support due to a colleague being off work due to illness.
What the Administrator job involves
* Accurately inputting customer orders onto Sage
* Entering the correct product codes onto the system to monitor stock levels
* Ordering parts for customer orders
* Reviewing the admin process to make efficiencies
Skills required
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Previous experience of working in an administrative role
* Use of MS Office and other internal computer systems
* Self managed and able to learn new processes quickly
Other information
* Monday to Friday full / part time
* Car parking available
* Easily accessible on public transport (bus / train)
* Minimum of one month, possibly longer
