Lead Generation Specialist
Nantwich – Hybrid Working
Full Time – Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours
Paying up to £25,000 + Bonus
Due to our rapid business growth, ROI is seeking several Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving growth for our clients in the automotive sector. We are looking for motivated communicators eager to embrace new challenges, strategic thinkers with innovative ideas, and individuals who excel at connecting with clients and stakeholders.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Manage client relationships by booking appointments, maintaining databases, and developing strong connections to support sales growth.
* Generate new leads through strategic activities, including telesales, cold outreach, and digital communication.
* Grow and manage a sales pipeline and territory, supporting client sales strategies and promoting fleet products to key decision-makers.
* Conduct market research to remain informed about industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with team members and clients, ensuring accurate information is maintained within the database and throughout the sales process.
Experience Required
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions.
* Technology Proficiency: Competence in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
