An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team in Wokingham. You will be required to print prescriptions from an internal database, accurately record and post these prescriptions, and action any changes required. The role will also involve some reception duties such as answering calls, meeting and greeting clients, arranging appointments, and carrying out health & safety checks.
You will work well in a challenging and rewarding work environment, where finding a balance between teamwork and taking initiative is important. The ability to foster positive working relationships is essential. You will be meticulous about detail, motivated, and able to organise workloads, demonstrate a professional telephone manner, and liaise effectively with other teams and agencies.
