As our Ecommerce Marketplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the health of our Amazon listings, resolving issues, and implementing necessary fixes to maintain a high level of performance.
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Dalston, Carlisle (CA5 7LX)
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum
The Role
Are you proactive, organised, and a problem solver? If so, we’d love for you to be part of our team at 7 North!
As our Ecommerce Marketplace Coordinator, you will oversee Amazon dashboards for both the UK and EU markets, and collaborate with internal teams to address any challenges. You will handle Seller Support cases, track key performance metrics, optimise inventory levels, and coordinate logistics and freight.
What you’ll be doing
1. Managing Amazon listings – tracking their health, fixing issues, and ensuring strong performance.
2. Handling Amazon Seller Support cases – troubleshooting problems to keep listings active.
3. Monitoring dashboards – flagging issues and working with the team to resolve them.
4. Analysing reports – spotting trends and identifying points to be addressed.
5. Coordinating shipments – working with freight forwarders and exploring new shipping options.
6. Tracking freight costs – maintaining forecasts to support logistics decisions.
7. Staying updated on Amazon changes – identifying marketplace updates and growth opportunities.
8. Collaborating across teams – ensuring seamless marketplace operations.
No experience in these exact tasks? No problem!
We value transferable skills over direct experience - if you’re proactive, organised, and eager to learn, we’ll provide full training to set you up for success.
If you’re detail-orientated and can spot issues, you’ll help keep our products performing well. If you can track trends and analyse reports, you’ll support inventory management and marketplace performance. If you’re a problem-solver, you’ll work with the team to resolve challenges before they escalate.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proactive & organised - able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
2. Self-led & intuitive - confident in making decisions and solving problems.
3. IT-literate & proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - comfortable with data and reporting.
4. Adaptable & a strong communicator - able to switch between tasks and work with different teams.
