If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you About the Role As a Regional Compliance and Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our local offices meet and exceed legislative and regulatory requirements. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding domiciliary care services by conducting audits, supporting care workers, overseeing care certificate completions, and ensuring a person-centred approach is maintained across all care plans. This is a 3 month fixed term contract (potential to extend term) Key Responsibilities Compliance and Quality Assurance Conduct audits across local offices to ensure adherence to CQC standards, company policies, and legislative requirements. Care Worker Support and Development Assess care workers to achieve and maintain the Care Certificate. Monitor care worker performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure a consistently high standard of care. Customer Reviews and Service Improvement Undertake customer reviews to evaluate the quality and suitability of care packages. Ensure care plans are person-centred, up to date, and reflective of customers' needs. Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-risk cases, supporting local teams in resolution. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Registered Managers and Branch Teams to maintain and enhance care delivery standards. Build strong relationships with customers, families, and external stakeholders. Reporting and Analysis Provide regular reports on compliance status, audit findings, and service improvements to the Operations Manager. What We’re Looking For ✅ Qualifications: Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). ✅ Experience: Proven experience in domiciliary care, including customer reviews and quality audits. ✅ Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in care delivery. ✅ Mentoring Skills: Experience in assessing, mentoring, and supporting care workers to achieve the Care Certificate. ✅ Skills & Competencies: Excellent knowledge of care planning, auditing, reporting, and analysis. ✅ Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and support teams. ✅ Flexibility & Travel: Ability to travel regionally to support multiple local offices as required.
