We are looking for our Sales Manager Midland’s / North to support our strategic growth and new challenges!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive quotes and increase sales of the Gardis products through the UK security distribution network.
2. Proactively call and maintain a list of customers including Security Installation Companies, within the designated area and key personnel and ensure all customer information is kept up-to-date in the company CRM system.
3. Review Access Control and Integrated Systems tenders - from End-users/systems integrators/Platinum and Gold Channel Partners within the UK.
4. Work with the internal sales and support team to compile Tender Responses - including compliance statements and BOQ.
5. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the TDSi Gardis product portfolio.
6. Achieve sales targets through sales of Access Control products within the defined territory.
7. Liaise with end users as required.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction with TDSi and promote a favorable image of the Company.
Qualifications/Skills:
Required to succeed in the position:
1. Experience in the design, set up and use of Access Control systems.
2. Interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Very good organizational and time management skills.
5. Good IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office and databases.
6. Proactive, self-motivated and autonomous personality, team-player with a “can-do” attitude.
7. Valid UK Driving License.
Highly appreciated:
1. Practical knowledge of Network Infrastructure.
2. Selling Hardware and Software products.
3. Sales experience of Security Products.
Hours of Work:
40 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday - 30 min lunch break). Hybrid working – Working from home once a week. Regular travel and with overnight hotel accommodation are required for role including attending sites and meetings.
