Create and manage tasks for data engineers in Jira based on the analyses and project requirements. Implement and manage Kanban boards to oversee workload and ensure efficient project flow. Coordinate with data engineers to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to align objectives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes and strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing business needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and project management. Requirements: Data projects expertise. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven environment. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake for data querying and analysis. Experience with Jira for task creation and project management. Familiarity with Kanban methodology and experience implementing it in project workflows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
