Key Purpose of the Job
Toorganize and manage teams of service engineers daily diaries. Toprovide efficient planning of corrective preventative and projectworks.
KeyJobResponsibilities
Efficiently managing service engineer s dailydiaries
Monitor and reportengineer PDA utilization
MonitorAwaiting parts Parts in and Further actionqueues.
Request parts as requiredand arrange reattendance of further actioncalls
Arranging new ETA withcustomer if joint meet fails
Liaising with engineers to ensure deadlines arekept
Chase part codes with REM orSupervisors
Order plant hirewhere applicable
Taking calls andbooking maintenances and corrective calls along with any otherbusiness enquiries
Liaise withProject Department on projectScheduling.
Advise customers ofETA s where required
Meeting KPIs SLA s and daily targets.
Ensureall work is produced in a timely manner well presented and errorfree
To assist in the developmentand maintenance of effective administrative procedures and systemsappropriate to the needs of the servicedepartment
Ensure line managerand REM are made aware of developments problems and other issuesaffecting the performance of servicedepartment
Cover Schedulingadministration duties asrequired
Requirements
Essentialrequirements for the job
Excellent administration skills
Excellent coordination skills and highlyorganised.
Highly skilled in theuse of all office IT packages (Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint/Email and Internet)
Proven trackrecord of good organisational skills (including time managementprioritising)
Ability to workunder pressure
Excellentinterpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationshipsat all levels.
Excellentcommunication skills verbal andwritten.
Be a good team playerwilling to provide cover and support wherenecessary.
