Service Advisor – Cambridge
Basic Salary: £26,500 to £28,500
OTE: £36,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm; Saturday (1 in 4) 8am – 12.00 pm overtime
Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Cambridge, has the requirement for a Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.
Responsibilities
1. Meet and Greet Customers
2. Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
3. Accurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperwork
4. Calling customers with progress updates and advising of any work needed
5. Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team, and Drivers
6. Invoicing work carried out
7. Invoice explanation and taking payment
8. Quoting, introducing, and selling of Service Plans
9. Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
10. Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
1. 3 years stable face-to-face Customer Service experience
2. Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
1. Motor Trade experience
