You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a salary in the range of £31,000.00 - £33,500.00 pa depending on experience plus benefits. About the role Your responsibilities will include to: Lead and motivate the Enquiries team to achieve agreed targets contributing to the company's objectives. Provide clear and concise direction, support and guidance to the team through effective coaching, leadership and setting of SMART objectives. To be responsible for intercepting, logging, handling and booking all incoming enquiries and referrals received by OSD Healthcare Manage the day-to-day activities of the Enquiries Team, ensuring adequate staffing levels and operational excellence. The focus of this role is to convert enquires and referrals into bookings The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours. The rota is not fixed, is subject to change in order to meet operational needs and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the rota. About you The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Good standard of general education with GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics. Experience of administration and management within a call centre/tele sales environment and dealing with the public/patients. Ability to engage at all levels with patients, Consultants and senior management with strong customer service skills. A can-do attitude, good keyboard and computer skills with excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to prioritise workload and work as part of a team.
