This care may sometimes include coming into the Hospice as part of our wellbeing and reablement offer. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quality Lead to join our Care Services Team. Main duties of the job You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week. Your working days will be predominantly Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00am 5.00pm with some evening meetings and participation in the on-call rota. This is a new and exciting vacancy and will require the successful candidate to work hands-on from a clinical perspective at times to ensure that Nottinghamshire Hospice delivers high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with our values and regulatory requirements. The role will support the Director of Care Services with quality assurance, clinical governance, and service improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence across Care Services. As a senior nurse, the Quality Lead will work collaboratively with the clinical teams to ensure that all clinical operations meet the highest standards of safety, effectiveness, and compassion. The post holder will be supported to maintain their clinical and professional competencies and will participate in the On Call clinical rota. The successful candidate will need to be a Registered Adult Nurse, with extensive post registration experience as well as proven knowledge and experience of CQC Inspections, clinical governance and continuous quality improvement.
