An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a dynamic team during a period of organisational transformation. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will focus on delivering a high-quality HR service, supporting managers, and ensuring best practices are implemented across the business.
You’ll play a key role in the HR team, driving business performance and fostering a culture that aligns with the organisation’s goals. Your focus will be to partner with managers to deliver effective HR solutions, support business change, and build strong relationships at all levels. This is a fast-paced environment, and you’ll need to be adaptable, analytical, and ready to meet the challenges of a complex business landscape.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
* Proven experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
* A proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and experience in handling complex employee relations cases
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
* Competent in using HR software and Microsoft Office
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above)
* A full driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role
* Demonstrated experience in change management, HR best practices, and policy development
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an approachable and positive manner
* A "can-do" attitude, with a commitment to ownership and accountability
Within this position, you’ll also be:
* Working with the employee base of circa 1200 people in varied roles across multiple sites
* Partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs, providing expert HR advice and guidance
* Supporting the development and delivery of the HR strategy, managing projects as required.
* Advising on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies
* Coaching and developing managers, promoting a consistent approach to people management.
* Collaborating with the wider HR team to deliver key initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement
* Optimising the HR system for efficiency, streamlining processes and enhancing the employee experience
* Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with best practices.
* Leading HR projects related to organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £50,000
Hybrid working available
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
