About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Recruitment & Compliance Officer who will support the HR team in providing an outstanding level of service provision throughout the Foundation, to start as soon as possible. You will also work alongside HR Business Partners and the wider business to review and ensure that all workforce planning requirements are met. You will develop and improve the overall approach and recruit people with the right skills, experience, and values to enhance Prompt Care’s talent pool and promote our company profile. As the Recruitment & Compliance Officer, you will provide development and leadership by actively keeping updated with current research, best practices, and legislative changes.
You will also be responsible for:
* Coaching and supporting line managers through the management of staff and through the management of change
* Delivering high quality and business focussed attraction, recruitment, and assessment products
* Delivery of a high-quality vetting & compliance service
* Acting as subject matter expert in any systems & project activity, providing guidance and expert input into decision making
To be successful in this role you will also have:
* Experience in managing recruitment & on boarding teams in target driven environments
* Experience within a health and social care setting.
* Experience in working in a high-volume environment
* Evidence of reducing turnover rates through working with stakeholders to support retention initiatives
* Exposure to a range of testing and selection methodologies
* Demonstrable experience in re-engineering recruitment services and processes where required
* Managed a range of agency and supplier contracts, ensuring value for money and quality delivery of services
* Demonstrated experience in improving processes that have a clear focus on the customer and service delivery
* Knowledge of Recruitment & Onboarding processes from within an HR function
* Experience in creating bespoke tools to aid the selection process and ensure the right candidates are sourced

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
