Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Financial Forecasting/Targeting/Planning Own full Yearly Management Planning process and monthly forecasting process all products for SD cost management - leading and developing the uploading process in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for re-producing and developing the detailed excel-based forecast templates for understanding of all products. Conduct and report variance analysis and scenario analysis for regular reporting and driving business. Collaborate closely with Commercial Finance team to support them with forecasting and planning. Financial Management & Control Ensuring the business segments month end results are fully understood and reported with value adding commentary. Manage the preparation of the monthly reporting pack ensuring the integrity of data and providing insightful analysis and commentary so support business decisions. Develop KPIs, metrics and dashboards to track ongoing impact of business. Support Head of FPA to manage regular reporting including financial performance and ad hoc reporting within SEUK and HQ deadlines. Be one of the team super users for NERP / systems. MX Quarterly Commercial Planning Responsible for updating and maintaining the commercial plan templates for all MX products (Smartphone, Tablet, Wearables, NPC). Responsible for consolidating the commercial plans (20 for Smartphone and more) so the consolidated plan, including revenue and weekly sell-out, can be presented to the business with short lead time. Support MX Sales team when they have issues/queries with the plan templates. Manage with FP&A Senior manager to upgrade the planning templates to reflect various requirements from MX Sales and other relevant teams. Mainly handle various types of analysis in a regular basis Ad-hoc Supports Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to deliver insights including financial/operational results within SEUK and HQ deadlines. Coach junior analysts and provide soft-skill develop environment. What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Part or newly qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA). Advance Excel skills is required. Experience of using ERP systems (preferably SAP) is plus. Ability to implement change process to streamline and make existing processes more efficient. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, take quick and effective decisions. Excellent analytical skills and ability to focus on detail. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and work with others. Ability to solve problems under pressure by navigating yourself to the most suitable solution. Ability to learn and absorb new knowledge/skills quickly. What does success look like? Experience of working within sector or other face paced sector in commercial finance with different cultures. The interview process Interview should have two stages. First interview should combine excel test face to face interview with direct manager and close collaborators (2-3 managers). Then, second one is with Head of FPA Director of commercial finance.
